We offer you some information that might be useful during your stay

Administrative office
The administrative office is open every day with the following hours: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM/3:00 PM-7:00 PM During high season the opening hours will be from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Check in after 3:00 PM

Check out by 10:00 AM. A representative will collect the keys and check the BW before departure.
In case of departure before the opening time of the administrative office it is necessary to pay in advance the day before.

Catering service
Breakfast, lunch and dinner service is always available at the campsite bar (hours 8:00 AM-12:00 AM).
The minimarket of the camping offers some products of first necessity on sale (others can be booked at the bar).

Food and drinks kiosk is available at the pool.

Swimming pools
Entrance to the pools for campers is included in the cost of your stay.
Access to the swimming pools is allowed during high season from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM for the months of July and August.
For the rest of the periods the hours are 11:00 AM-1:00 PM and 3:00 PM-7:00 PM.

Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

It is mandatory to use the cap (available at the reception and at the pool for € 2.50) and shower before entering. Access inside the pool is not allowed with slippers, shoes, towels or other clothing.
There is a charge for the use of the sunbeds, which must be paid to the administrative office.

Recycling
In the campsite, waste separation is compulsory.  You will have to separate your waste into transparent bags: paper, plastic, glass, wet waste and undifferentiated.
You must prepare the bags and place them outside the assigned sites. Every morning the attendant will come by to pick them up.

Barbecue
It is forbidden to light fires or barbecues with open flame. In the campsite there is an area equipped with charcoal barbecue. You can ask the administrative office for use.

Parking area
One car parking per site is free.
With the exception of the bungalows, the cars, once the necessary material has been unloaded, will have to be placed in the designated spaces.

Showers
Hot water showers require tokens, which are sold for €0.50 at the reception.  The duration of a shower token is about 3 minutes. Cold showers are also available at the campsite.

Tennis
The tennis court is available upon reservation at the reception. The total cost is € 12.00 per hour for both 2 and 4 players. After 9:00 PM the cost will be increased to € 15.00.

Infirmary
Next to the reception there is an infirmary room for small problems and at the pool there is a defibrillator.

Pets
All pets are allowed, but must be declared upon arrival. They must be kept in such a way as not to disturb other guests.
They must be kept on a leash and not be allowed to roam the campground. Their droppings must be removed.
There is an area for dogs where they can freely play with their owners.

Laundry
On the campsite there are washing machines and a self-service dryer.  The cost of each token is € 3.00 to be paid at the administrative office. If you need detergent the cost of washing will be € 4.00.
